To be able to manage your own applications and follow the statistics you need to setup an Apple Developer Account and iTunes Connect.
To setup an Apple Developer Account:
- Go to https://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/
- Enroll in Apple Developer Programs
- Choose individual or company/organization for your account
- In case of company/ organization - Apple will ask for your documentation
- Follow the steps to complete the enrolling
You can manage and follow your applications through Apple iTunes Connect. You will get an access to iTunes Connect with your Apple Developer Account.
